I realized that I am hungry, starving for the knowledge of good and evil. I want to know what is good and what is evil. I want to understand it and to see it. I want to have knowledge. I want the secrets, the understanding.

But I need to seek the knowledge of God.

There are two trees in the garden. One is forbidden, and that is the very same tree that I’m hungering for. I am desperate for more knowledge. Yet that tree always brings death. The serpent WAS lying.

How do I seek the knowledge of God? How do I feed from the tree of life?

God, help me discern when I stray from seeking You. Help me to remain single minded on your Kingdom. On YOUR will. Teach me your ways.
